Section 2 - Expected Behavior:
All members of the guild will be expected to behave in an adult manner, be aware of appropriate language to use, and treat all members of the guild with respect. We are friends and family, if you have a disagreement with another member, please take it to proper channels, guild chat is not for arguments and shouting matches. If you have problems with a member, feel free to speak to an officers, we can try to resolve the issues from a 3rd party perspective.
Section 3 - Raiding:
A. Loot- Most loot during raids are done by using the DKP method, however please beware of the appropriate loot situation and handle of such in your current raid. If you have questions, anyone that has been to the raid before can help you. Class leaders are the best to ask.
A. Section 2 -
1. Ask if you have any questions on loot rules.
2. Do Not Ninja. Do not roll if raid leaders say to pass.
3. There are a few drops that we tag with special circumstance. Please be aware of this. We are not out to screw anyone, we are looking out for the best interest of the guild all around. Think about what would best help advance the guild.
4. Applicants cannot receive Tier 2 gear unless all full members pass on item. Applicant period is 14 days after which they will be open for all loot.
B. Behavior - Try to come prepared to listen to order and follow them. Do not come expecting to space off or do as you wish. You are raiding with 19 other members at least, your actions can adversely effect their play time and repair bill. Please be considerate and pay full attention.
'Prepared' means all appropriate reagents, mats, potions, bandages, etc... If ppl have questions about this, talk with their CL first.
C. UI Mods - Yes we have required mods, these are to make the raid as easy as possible on those attending. They are useful and a great tool, please use them.
D. Invites and start time - Our raids start at 8, invites will begin at 7:45 you should be at the entrance to the zone by 7:50 at the latest for buffs. We will always try to get as many in as possible that wish to attend, but this is not always possible, we will take a list of names. We will fill in openings as they occur, those left on the list will be saved for the next time we attend said zone. Invites will go to those on the list, then we will open invites to the rest of guild. Note: depending on zone other requirements might arise, such as resist gear. In these cases we will check for those that meet requirements first then go from there.
Section 4 - Guild Bank
The guild bank is open to anyone that has been in the guild for over 1 month. Any items drawn from guild bank must be used for the char they are given to and not to be sold. I will try to update guild bank inventory as often as possible on website, but at times I have fallen behind. If you are interested in acquiring something, send an in game mail to VSbanknoth. I will try to get back to you asap.
Section 5 - Internal Advancement
First off, we are limited on our numbers of officers and class leaders. It is never good too have too many chiefs. As such occasionally we the officers will decide we need another. We will take into mind, interest show towards becoming an officer, willingness to help the guild and few other details that we discuss before voting. Class Leaders will be chosen by the officers, they will be replaced as they step down or wish to pass the reins to another. Voting will be done by officers on possible candidates.
